1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the All Seeing Intelligence ("ASI", "Platform", "we", "our") website and intelligence dashboards, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to register an operator account. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, two-factor authentication (TOTP) keys, and emergency backup codes. You agree to notify ASI administration immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access, breach, or compromise of your account.

4. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

Users who engage with community features (e.g., news replies, comments, likes, and feed interactions) agree NOT to:

Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or hateful material.
Disclose classified government data, proprietary non-public intelligence, or unauthorized personally identifiable information (PII).
Engage in automated scraping abuse, coordinated spamming, or denial-of-service attempts against dashboard endpoints.
Attempt to bypass authentication, brute-force security gateways, or tamper with platform infrastructure.

5. Information Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ASI aggregates publicly accessible Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), space telemetry, cybersecurity feeds, and algorithmic financial indicators for informational and educational purposes only.

No Professional or Financial Advice: Information provided does not constitute legal, investment, financial, or tactical defense advice. Investing and trading involve risk of loss.
No Warranty of Accuracy: Feeds and indicators are compiled automatically in real-time from external sources and may contain errors, omissions, or transmission delays.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall ASI, its developers, or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or reliance on Platform data.

6. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, lock, or permanently delete any account that violates these terms, bypasses security controls, or engages in disruptive conduct, without prior notice.
